These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products and services offered by Lushone Interiors.
Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our products and services you are automatically accepting our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or purchase our products or services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of its products, however, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any product information.
Ordering Process: Orders placed through our website or in-store are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with incorrect pricing or availability information.
Pricing and Payment: All prices are sterling currency and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase and before the products are dispatched or made available for collection. We accept payment via all type of credit cards or bank transfer (expect Amex).
Shipping and Delivery: The Customer will pay the delivery charge. We aim to deliver order within the specified time frame, however delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control. The store will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. If you are out when our delivery team arrives you will be charged for re-delivering your goods. On receiving your good we ask you to check the colour, product and the measurement and that is the correct product before the delivery team leave your premise. The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional charges may apply for delivery outside our standard delivery areas. Delivery of goods are only made to the ground floor of the building unless otherwise agreed at the point of sale.
Privacy: Any information you provide us with is only in order to help us process your order or query. We do not and will not release, sell, resell or trade any of your personal details and information to organisations, companies or individuals. This includes names, address, contact no and card details.
Return and Refund: We accept returns on same day of purchase if the item is faulty by manufacture defect, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging. Refund will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding any shipping or handling fees. Any purchase £43.00 or less can not be returned or refunded.
Cancellation: Once the order has been signed, it can only be cancelled free of charge on the same day, you can not cancel order after delivery. Any textile or sale item purchased from us can not be returned or no refunds will be given.
Warranty: Our products come with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear.
Intellectual Property: All content, including images, logos, and text on our website and social media channels are the property of the Lushome Interiors and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability: Lushome Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect incident, special or consequential damage arising out of or in connection with use of our products or services.
Change of Terms: We reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our products and services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
